Computer Group Meeting August 30, 2011

Laptop Workshop:

This is an important meeting for anyone bringing their own Laptop for Classes in September!   

We need to: (Details below)

   1. Copy folders of Data to your hard drive.

   2. Download free software of Programs we will be using.

   3. Add Icons to your Desktop to start programs.

   4. Home and Student (Word 2007) is required for that class.

See attached listing for the details.

E-Mail me back that you are coming and I will prepare an appointment schedule time. In case you cannot stay on Tuesday, you can drop off the Laptop at 10:00 and come back for it later.

1. Continue working with "Google Earth'.

2. Learn to use "Google Translate". (Lot's of Copy and Paste)

3. Discuss and resolve problems and computer issues.
