Narative Version: Summary:

1. Eat Well and Maintain a Healthy Weight.

2. Be physically active a minimum of 150 minutes a week.

3. Prevent Falls- 1 in 3 Americans fall every year.

4. Sleep 7 to 8 hours every night.

5. Volunteer and stay engaged in community after retirement.

6. Establish healthy relationships with family and friends.

7. Be Medication aware, taken as directed.

8. Be Greateful, Graditude helps us achieve goodness in our lives.

9. Understand your finances.

10. Talk to your family about your wishes as you grow older.


If there is interest by at least 12 individuals to attend a 10 week program of one and a half hour weekly Sessions based on the above details, a Program may be set up in early 2020.
