Session - Creating a Concert Playlist for July 11,2021
The Session Theme will be Songs from Broadway Musicals or Movie Musicals.
Do your homework and search for songs on YouTube using the Theme above.
Come to the Session with several picks to add to the Playlist.
We go around the room and Play about 1 minute of the song and then add it to the Playlist. We need a total of 24 songs. This is a lot of fun to do.

Details of the May 11th Session
Reopening Restriction Transitional Changes Made on Monday.
1. Coffee and Donuts, Danish or Cake are allowed.
2. Masks on when coming or going to and from the Session Room.
3. Masks off when sitting and participating in the Session.

4. Social Distancing of 6ft continues in effect.
What these Changes Made Happen:
1. Our Communication Problem
(Hearing each other) went away.
The Session Agenda:
1. We did a Google Search of our own name and had a lively discussion
on
the results and what is
out on the net about us.
2. We set up a Fast People Search Icon on our Laptops.
3. We did general Searches for Name and Phones and then a Search
on
a brand new Scam
relating to Stimulus Funds available to pay down
Student Loans. Names
and Phone searches were done on data
presented.
4. Google Photos Policy on the costs for Storage effective on
June
1st 2021 was reviewed.
5. The Microsoft Service Agreement Email was reviewed and
explained.
6. We did a preliminary review of the Label Program used for
Jelly and
Preserves at St Mark’s
Church and will create the solution.
Observations:
1. The session lasted till 12pm and those present were very
pleased and
even stayed to help shut down and put away equipment.
Your help
setting up and shutting down is appreciated so arrive
early and be
ready at 10am.
2. There are three types of bad behavior at Sessions that are
distractions and interfere with the learning process.
A.Those who come to
ask questions about a non-session
computer problem.
B.Those who come to
talk to others and do just that.
C.Those who come and check
and respond to Email, or Browse the
Internet with no intention
of paying attention to the Session.
3. Since we now are space
limited to 12 seats under the Re-Open plan
we will have a new
Registration system that requires everyone to

We have had a tough year since March of 2020 and we all look
forward to
return to learning and socializing.

Art and Jerry reviewed and developed a way to improve hearing at
our Sessions using a modified PA System with an Electrohome (Karaoke) unit.
This includes one attached microphone and 2 wireless microphones.
We will be setting this up before the meeting

Part 2 - Planning
1. Last week we did a Video Playlist for a tentative
Supper/Concert on Sunday May 16th at 4PM.
2. We need a Plan for the Breakfast Club and a Start date if
we plan to start up again in the Spring.
3. Future of the Computer Club. Attendance is down and
interest has diminished.

Last week we - Entered a Supper/ Concert for May 16th on our Calendars.
This week is the first Session of February and as we did in the start of 2020,
we will create a You Tube Playlist for that date.
The Theme will be a popular Singer from the 1950's to the 1970's that you
feel will be enjoyable for the Group attending on May 16th. This is a tentative
date and may change and could be indoors or outdoors.
Please come with a list of at least 4 selections of Song Videos.
Those of you were on Zoom last week know that "Overview" works well for
Smartphone teaching and that we need similar Apps for subjects that are
available in the Apple and Play Stores.
