I have to say first that I was very pleased with the Ideas that came up last Tuesday for Fall Sessions.

Attached is a Listing of a Sessions Outline so far.

Please review and be ready to add Detail of what should be covered during a session on that topic. We will do this on the 5th during the meeting.

We had 10 Members pay the $25 Fee last week, so please remember to bring your Check on the 5th.

Our next Meeting will be on Planning Fall Sessions.

Please come with your Session Ideas.

Make a list and hand it to me next week.

If you can Teach, Volunteer the Topic you would like to teach.

A topic can be anything you know about and want to Share.

I need HELP with the weekly teaching.

You need to step up and help if you can.

Talk to me in private if you like.

All of the Computers at the Senior Center are now on Windows 10 Ver 1703.

(No Problems)

If yours is not, you need to Update now.

The Annual Fee of $25 (9/1/17 to 8/31/18) is Due next week.

August 1st, 8th, 15th and 22th

August 22nd
Agenda: Complete the Video Project.

  1. Review Movie Maker Breakfast Pictures file completed by Jerry.

  2. Copy it to the BWSC Google Drive.

  3. Email it to the Video Group.

  4. Post it on the BWSC Blog. 

  5. Review Honestech Breakfast Video file completed by Jerry.

  6. Copy it to the BWSC Google Drive.

  7. Email it to the Video Group,

  8. Post it on the BWSC Blog.

  9. Complete the Essex Video with the Group.

10. Merge and Save the Project and File.

11. Copy it to the BWSC Google Drive.

12. Email it to the Video Group.

13. Post it on the BWSC Blog. 

Seven Members are participating in an Editing Workshop on the Day 

Trip on June 28th 2017 this Summer.

Jerry, Noella, Jim, Janie, Rudy, Uwe and Larry.

Agenda:

 1. Move completed Videos from Video Clipboard to Storeyboard.

 2. Choose a Transition and Effect.

 3. In the Titles box, key in your Project Name.

 4. Select Backgroud Color.

 5. Choose Font Type and Size.

 6. Select timer duration.

 7. Choose Picture Settings.

 8. Save Project.

The other members attending Meetings will be Social, Problem Solving and 
watching the Workshop for Editing Videos of Senior Center Events during the 
Summer.

July 18th and 25th

We will have one Special Session on July 18th and August 15th

to learn how to Edit Videos.

Seven Members are participating in an Editing Workshop on the Day 

Trip on June 28th 2017 this Summer.

Agenda:

 1. Select and share Videos taken so far.

 2. Choose a Video to Edit at Class.

 3. Start Editing with Editing Software.

 4. Save Project.

July 11th

July 11th will be "Social Only" with discusion on making Videos.
Jerry will not be able to attend, again.

We will have one Special Session on July 18th and August 15th
to learn how to Edit Videos.

The other weekly Meetings will be social and problem solving and 
a Workshop for Editing Videos of Senior Center Events during the 
Summer.

Each week we will use some time plan how to develop interesting

Session Topics for the Fall Meetings. 

Please send me some ideas for Sessions, I am running on empty.

No Meeting on July 4th. Closed for the Holiday.

Computer Sessions for June 2017 at 10:00AM

June 27th
At our June 20th meeting we discussed taking "Horizontal" Videos
for our Summer Project. Vertical Videos with smartphones are not 
material for this editing function but "Horizontal" ones are.

Members are encouraged to take the Videos at functions they
attend.
 1. Any of the SC Trips
 2. July   6th- The Breakfast Club.
 3. July 15th-  Franki Valli Concert.
 4. July 20th-  Barbeque
 5. July 29th-  Patio Party
 6. Any of the regular programs
     Computer Club, Card Making, Line Dancing, Bingo 
     Poker, Canasta and others.

We will then be ready to Edit and Create a super Video.

The Workshop VHS or DVD Advanced Mode (Editing) will be
outlined next week in our Summer Program (July and August)




June 20th

Agenda 

Workshop VHS or DVD Advanced Mode (Editing):

1. Develop Instructions on Editing VHS or DVD Creation.

2. Evaluate Advance Mode Manual (Pgs 28 to 63)

3. VHS to DVD for those who want to make a DVD.

June 13th
Workshop Refresher Continued:

I plan to go to BWSC on Tuesday as usual to work on making cards.  

If anyone is interested in working on cards, I would be happy to help out.
