Computer Session Tuesday December 28th 2021 - General Meetings in Dec - (No Sessions)

   Good News: The Board Meetings will be on Wed in 2022.

   You can just come Next Week and have Coffee and Cake and Socialize

   if you want or:

 

  1. Discuss any Issues with your Laptop.

  2. Discuss progress on creating a Movie Maker Video of the Photos from 

      the Nov 30th trip - "Trains". - Noella.

  3. Search YouTube for a Complete Concert by a Singer or group you like                              and suggest it for a Concert for 2022. 

      We will Vote the following week on the March Concert.

  4. Mentor those who missed the Smartphone Photo Scanning Session.

     Those interested in this need to bring old photo prints to work 

      with their phone.

   2. Download Google Photo Scan App from Apple Store or Play Store

   3. Review the Google 1 Features:

       Editing Photos in Google Photos App.

       Manage backup settings.

       Manage your storage.

   4. Review Vol 49 Google Photo Scanning on a Smartphone < Click 

       Start Scanning Photos.

   Vol 47 Using Google Photos to Sync your Devices.<,CLICK

   Using your Smartphone.

  1. Download Google App from Apple Store or Play Store.

  2. Follow Vol 47 to setup "Backup & Sync" on your Google Account.

  3. You will need the App on any other Device you want to Sync.

  4. Click the Nine Dot selection box in the upper right and pick 

      Google Photos. Google has changed the access to the Backup 

      and Sync App to Google Drive.

      We will explore and set your Laptop settings as appropriate.

  4. Review of what computer topics would create interest. 

      A few members have suggested "Photo Backup and Syncing' We will do

      it in late Oct.

      We have done picture and video Movie Making in the past using MS Mo 

      Today we will download "FilmForth Movie Maker" as a replacement 

      or supplement  App.

      The goal will be to learn how to use the software in preparation for 

      a Movie Making Workshop Picture Project in the near future or 

      January 2022.
