July 14th - Tuesday

I will be not be Zooming from the Patio.

For those of you who don't know, the Town is buying an Awning to cover 
the whole Patio and this should prevent future cancellations. This will be 
completed in about 2 weeks.

Preparing a Plan for our Sessions on the outdoor Arena for Pat

Computer Group:

Under the Awning:

1. Three Round tables seating 4 and total of 12.

2. One 2x4 table for the teacher.

3. The TV on the stand at the end of the Patio to connect a computer. 

Supper Concert Group:

Under the Awning:

1. Three Round tables seating 5 and total of 15. (Two if less than 10).

2. The TV on the stand at the end of the Patio to connect a computer

     or to the DVD player by HDMI wire.

3. Microwave on Cabinet Table to the Patio (Maybe).

Breakfast Club

1. Call and see who will come to an August 6th or 13th Breakfast

    to establish the number of those who will come. 

Under the Awning:

2. Three Round tables seating 5 and total of 15. 

On the Grass in the Shade:

3.  Four 4x8 Tables with Umbrellas in shaded area. Seating (24 to 32)

    These would set up as an outdoor setting and not moved.

    Hope to have first table, the old flying glass table this week.

     Have your Laptop started and your E-mail open to start.

The Food Table will have Coffee and Donuts and Milk.

    up or moving around. Mask comes off while sitting, eating.

As you all know the Breakfast Club grew out of the Computer Club
and most of you have a balance in your account for that function.

At Next Tuesday's gathering we will have takeout Breakfast sandwiches 
on Rolls from the BW Convenience store. The normal $4 will apply.
Anyone without an account can pay on Tuesday.   

Come even if you don't want the Breakfast!

The Food Table will have Coffee at one end, OJ in the middle and 
the Sandwich at the other end.

   The Zoom Session will be on Starting a New Meeting and Scheduling one.

    Come prepared to Ask Questions about Issues you are having.

    Using the Share Feature, we will:

  1. Start a New Meeting.

  2. Schedule a New Meeting.

  3. Research your Email being attached to your Zoom Account.

  4. Troubleshoot and solve Issues. 

May 19th - Tuesday

   The Zoom Session will be hosted by Art.

    Come prepared to Ask Questions about Issues you are having

    with your Laptop or Computer operating functions.

    Possible Topics:

    Windows 10.

    You Tube.

    G-Mail.

    Searching with Google.

    People Searches.

1. We will Start Downloading Tips and Tricks in reverse order
    starting with the revised Vol 38 and Vol 37.  
    
    The Download will go to your Document Library in the Tips and Tricks 
    Folder. Print them for your Binder later if you have a Printer.

    We will have only 40 minutes of work time and will start at 10 Sharp.
    Have your Laptop started and your E-mail open to start the first
    Download before entering the Zoom Meeting.

2. We will discuss doing a Video Playlist on the 12th. 

April 7th - Tuesday

Agenda:

The Session will be the Continuation of the Development of the Zoom 

Group Meeting System to provide our Sessions to Seniors at Home.

The Mastery program will be the first Session to use Zoom at Home.
It is Scheduled for Monday April 6th at 1PM to 2:30Pm.

Silver Needles and Mahjongg Groups will also do Zoom Sessions 
but a lot of work is needed to get members on the Zoom software.  

You are will be Invited to Join as Non-Participating Guests. Please
be aware there can be no talking or background noise.

The Computer Group and Zoom Group will continue together through 
the end of April or as long as necessary.

March 10th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. Anyone who missed the Installing of the Hilltop Center Icon 
    will install it on their Laptop. We will review how to do that.
         

2. Next  will be Creating an Center APP on your Smartphone.

    You will then be able to review Center postings on the phone. 

3. We will review the Status of everyone's Tips and Tricks Binder

    and add what is missing to date.  

   

     

March 3rd - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. Anyone who missed the Install of the Music Mp3's 
    software and Icon, ask Jerry to install it on your Laptop.
    It is an amazing way to get Music. 
        

2. Next  will be Creating the Video Playlist for the April 
    Concert. The Theme will be Country and Western.
     
     Find some videos of Singers who were popular and we
     missed or different videos of artists who have many 
     songs popular during their career.

February 25th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. We will backup your Laptop using the method
    found in Vol 17 (Bring your Flash Drive) 
   
2. We will then Install a New Vol 18 Music Mp3's by
    following the Revised Vol 18. 

February 18th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. We will be Practicing Casting to the TV from U-Tube.
    First from your Computer by following Vol 10.

2. We will then try Casting from Smartphones by
    following Vol 16.

    We will go around the room selecting U-Tube Videos
    and Casting to the TV and playing complete songs.

February 11th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. We will Start by following the new:
    Vol 36 Setting your I-Phone for Emergency Medical 
    Emergency.
    We did not complete this last week.

2. Bring 6 Printed Photos to Scan to a Flash Drive.
    We will each do that and Import them and Edit them in 
    Photo Gallery on your computer. Last done in 2016.
    This is Tip and Trick Vol 14. (Attached).

February 4th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. We will Start by following the new:

2. Next Vol 13 (Created in 2016 will be reviewed, edited 
    and updated. Note Modification Date on Left corner 
    of the Footer.

4. The current Vol 13 is attached for you to download 
    to your Tips and Tricks folder and Printing for 
    your binder.

5. Your Binder should now contain Vol 1 to Vol 13.

6. A new Tips and Tricks Listing shows Date Modified.

1. We will Start by setting up for Updating to Windows 10 - 1909
    for the 4 member who are not updated. 
    Jim, Blanche, Janie and Ginny.

2. Next Vol 12 (Created in 2016 has be reviewed, edited and

    updated. Note Modification Date on Left corner of the Footer.

4. The new Vol 12 is attached for you to download to your

    Tips and Tricks folder and Printing for your binder.

5. Your Binder should now contain Vol 1 to Vol 12.

January 14th - Tuesday

Agenda:

1. We will Start by resolving any issues with Updating to Windows 10 - 1909 and then doing PC Maintenance.  

2. We will then set up your Laptop for Casting to the TV by 
following the new Vol 10 Tip and Trick with the TV on.

Vol 10 Casting to the HD TV from your PC.

3. Next Vol 11 (Created in 20120 will be reviewed, edited and

updated with new text and pictures.

4. The new Vol 11 will be Emailed to you for download to your

Tips and Tricks folder and Printing for your binder.

5. Your Binder should now contain Vol 1 to Vol 11.

January 7th - Tuesday

Agenda:

We will work on - The February 23rd Playlist.

Playlist:

1. This Session we will create "The Playlist".

2. We will go around the room for suggestions and search on You Tube for:

    Only Songs for the Best Videos from the Variety of Singers and Songs.
    Our Goal is a 1.5 Hour Show or 24 Videos. No Audio only selections.

3. The Theme for June will be "Memory Concert for the Golden Era
    1950's  to  1970's".
